QC/Technical Support

Our in-house QC team of engineers and technicians perform quality checks based upon an in-depth understanding of the production process. Other production employees are trained to perform QC inspections. Aside from our in-house team, we also subcontract some of QC procedures to an independent national laboratory.

Procedures/testing Details

QC technicians test all materials and components at each stage of production and proceed to test randomly selected products. Packing staff trained to perform QC tests check finished products before and after packing. Trade Inspectors perform the final check before delivery.

Specialized QC and testing equipment include oscilloscopes, noise analyzers, spectrum analyzers and cable testers. The QC subcontractors conduct metal-plate tests.
